Dwar Terms of Use

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms cover the Dwar iPhone app and the dwar.digital website. By using either, you agree to them.

The app

Dwar is in beta. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and features may change or stop working while it is being built.

Apple’s terms apply too. If you install Dwar through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your licence to use it.

You choose what gets locked. Dwar locks the apps you pick, on the schedule and targets you set, and it is built not to let you talk your way past it. Don’t gate an app you might need in an emergency.

Dwar is not medical advice. It compares the readings Apple Health and WHOOP report with the targets you set. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or advise on anything to do with your health.

Your data

What Dwar reads, where it goes and how to delete it is set out in the privacy policy.

Other services

Apple Health, Screen Time and WHOOP are provided by Apple and WHOOP under their own terms. Dwar is not made or endorsed by either.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dwar’s developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the app or the website, including an app being locked when you wanted to use it.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
