An app stays shut after I hit my target

Open Dwar, or tap Check again on the shield. iOS won’t let any app read Apple Health while the phone is locked, so a target met in your pocket is noticed the next time the phone is unlocked. A WHOOP score arrives once WHOOP has processed it.

I want every app back, right now

Open Dwar, go to You and choose Erase everything. Every gate goes and every shield lifts. While strict mode is on, Erase everything waits for the code — deleting Dwar removes every gate without it.

Dwar says WHOOP needs reconnecting

WHOOP sign-ins expire. Tap Reconnect Whoop on Home or You and sign in again.

Strict mode asks for a code I don’t have

Strict mode hands the code to a friend through a link that works once. Ask the friend who opened it. If the code is lost for good, deleting Dwar removes strict mode along with every gate.
